Staff was patient and friendly. Doctor was responsive to my requests and tried to provide me with the answers to my questions. I still have some exams to do be done in which I will ask more questions to clarify better but so far good.
I don’t give full score because I haven’t done surgery yet.

Wonderful visit. Nurse very nice and kind. Sue at front desk extremely helpful and nice. Dr. Gopal was very thorough.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gopal since 2011. Early 40's and mortified that I can't control my bladder. After consulting with my gynecologist, I was recommended to go to Dr. Gopal. I remember my first visit where I began the journey of being educated as to my diagnosis. With my husband in the room, Dr. Gopal was thorough as he explained the level of prolapse and what can be done to correct it. Still feeling mortified, I told very few people which I look back now and say how silly it is, if anything it should be talked about more. Day of surgery, while scared, it was Dr. Gopal who stood next to me in the surgery room and to ease my mind, held my hand and told me everything was going to be okay. He gave me peace of mind and I appreciated his bedside manner. Post surgery I paid attention to the orders he gave to ensure I would not put at risk the surgery just performed. Dr. Gopal has done something for me that I thought could never be repaired. I am 60 y/o and in the last year I could not hold my urine. I thought it was a lost cause. He did testing and suggested the Emsella chair (amazing) and a pill for incontinence. What I difference. No more pads or rushing to the bathroom. What a God send. A lot of my friends are in the same position. I have recommended them & anyone who will listen to go see Dr. Gopal. His assistant on the Emsella chair (Sue) is the kindest woman. Woman need to know that he can fix these things. Don't live in shame. Dr. Gopal gets an A+++++ from me

Dr Gopal is amazing. he held my hand prior to my hysterectomy. The only issue I have is the staff's communication. I have emailed several times for all medical records and especially for my surgery, because I am out of network with the dr which I the billing rep said I was not but my insurance sent me a letter telling me. So, I emailed to the office. I heard nothing emailed two more time after this req billing info for Dates of service and hospital info pre op and pst op records so I can get this bill paid nothing. My insurance company sent them a req on 4/26/24 and on 6/3/24 . The Dr is amazing but again the staff will make him loose money.

I went into Dr Gopal's office without any urinary pain. I had a mild bladder prolaspe that had little to no symptoms. After he did a bladder catherization along with a pelvic exam, I had painful and frequent urination. I'm almost 6 days post appointment and I still have painful urination. I really regret going to see Dr Gopal.

Dr Gopal does not come off as the most friendly dr, nor does he seemingly listen to answers longer than 2 sec. To my understanding by staff, he’s very knowledgeable, as I seem to sense this by his feedback. I guess push comes to shove I’d favor a Dr with knowledge vs bedside manners.

my experience with DR.Gopal and his staff went extremly well.The waiting time isn't bad as long as you understand there are time his clients need his time like you might.I am so glad he performed my mesh surgery I wish I didn't wait so long.I was worried about a few things but he was real patient with me and eazed my nerves. My follow up was also great.Dr,Gopal really tries to answers your concerns to which you can understand perfectly.The staff is there if you have any conerns to address.great doctor and staff.

Dr. Gopal & his team deserve 5 stars and then some! They are extremely kind, knowledgable and accomodating. Dr. Gopal & Rebecca made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed before and after my surgery. It's been 4 months since my hysterectomy+bladder surgery and I feel great! I am beyond grateful for all they have done for me.

Dr. Gopal is great, he takes his time to answer any and all concerns you may have before and after surgery. I 100% recommend Dr. Gopal for pelvic floor surgery. His office staff is great also! Office location is great in Monroe Twp.

Excellent Doctor!
I have had a surgery performed by Dr. Gopal two month ago after suffering from prolapse and dropped down bladder. I am very happy and grateful for everything what he has done for me! He is very knowledgeable, honest and professional Doctor. I am still in need for having my PT, but I am feeling already much better then before the surgery, like a normal person! I will definitely recommend Dr. Gopal to anybody in need!

DR gopal has helped me since I was 19 with my cyst and endo surgery he the best doctor that I ever had understand me and has my best interest when it comes to my health his staff is the reason why I feel even more comfortable going there

Dr. Gopal removed a golf ball size cyst on a Bartolin's gland duct. It was removed by going through the vagina. I had no pain after the surgery. He also put a sling so that I would not be leaking and have the urge to urinate quickly.

I felt very comfortable there, so it was a big help. The staff was very nice. I did not have to wait too long. Dr. Gopal explain to me what was going on with me and all my options.
